Order Processing
We process orders placed Monday through Friday on the same day, up to 18:00 GMT.
Shipping Time
The average delivery time is 7-21 days as stated on our main page. Please note that this is an average estimate and not a guaranteed time frame. Delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs processing, logistics handling, and the speed of loading and unloading at various facilities. We provide a unique tracking number for each order, which is sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Maximum Shipping Time
Our maximum shipping time is 60 days. If your order has not arrived within 60 days of placing the order, please contact us at hello@alite.cc to arrange for a reshipment or a refund.
Returns
If your product is damaged, faulty, or not suitable for your needs, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@alite.cc, and we will guide you through the return process.

Delivery Locations
Deliveries are typically made directly to the address provided at checkout. However, in some cases, packages may be delivered to:- Your mailbox
- Your door
- A concierge or neighbor
- The nearest post office
Customs and Additional Fees
Once the package is accepted by the destination country’s postal service, we have no control over the delivery process. If redirection or customs clearance is required, the customer must contact the local postal service to resolve these issues. We will provide any necessary documentation or confirmation from our side upon request.All packages are shipped as “gifts” with fully prepaid shipping costs covered by us. Typically, no additional fees or charges should apply. However, if they do, we do not reimburse these costs. We do not request any additional fees from our customers upon receipt.
